We are a small shop with a small staff, we look over every single boot before they get shipped to ensure you receive the best quality boots.
Even though our policy is "no refunds/returns or exchanges", human error happens, if you receive a boot you feel is in poor condition or something slipped through the cracks, please email us and we will take care of you.
Discontinued boots are first quality boots that are deadstock or discontinued, same return policy as seconds applies to factory discontinued boots. These Boots Are not stamped seconds, the inventory could be old or discontinued, signs of aging may exist like smudging, slight marks, glue aging, or other leather imperfection, condition of boot may not be perfect due to age.
