5-Pocket Sashiko Pants / Relaxed Tapered - Gray

These pants are made with PBJ's original sashiko fabric, created using a uniquely modified loom. The base fabric is a heathered gray, while the sashiko stitching is a subdued charcoal gray. In contrast to the rugged sashiko used for kimono (bosu) and other garments, their sashiko fabric is lightweight at approximately 12 oz., resulting in a soft texture suitable for everyday wear. The base fabric is dyed with a sulfide dye, which tends to create fading, allowing for a gradual change in color with wear and washing.
The silhouette features a high rise and a relaxed tapered silhouette that tapers smoothly from the knee to the hem.
